Getting to know your therapist

Welcome to a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Learn more about my journey and what guides my practice.

Supporting your journey toward wellness

I’m Kesha Clarke-Lobato, LCSW, CASAC-Advanced, and I support adults and adolescents navigating stress, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and substance use-related concerns. Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck, uncertain, or tired of carrying everything on their own. My goal is to offer an open-door, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported while also gaining practical tools to cope, heal, and move forward. I bring warmth, honesty, compassion, and collaboration into the work, meeting each client where they are and helping them take the next meaningful step toward emotional wellness and growth.

My unique counseling approach

My counseling style is warm, supportive, and insight-oriented. I listen not only to what is being said, but also for the things that may be unspoken, gently bringing them to the surface so they can be explored with care and curiosity. I value those enlightening moments when clients begin to understand themselves in a new way, connect the dots, and feel empowered to move forward with greater clarity and self-awareness.

My journey to psychotherapy

My journey toward becoming a psychotherapist is deeply connected to my own understanding of what it feels like to be unheard. As a child, I remember the impact of having someone truly slow down, listen, and value my words. That experience stayed with me. It taught me how powerful it can be to feel seen, heard, and understood. In my work, I hope to pay that forward...not out of obligation, but from a genuine desire to offer others that same kind of meaningful support. Listening, being present, and helping clients feel connected to their own voice is at the heart of my approach to therapy and emotional wellness.

"I hope clients leave therapy feeling heard, more connected to themselves, and better equipped to navigate the season of life they are in. I do not view therapy as a quick fix, but as meaningful work that can offer insight, healing, and growth over time."
